Surviving Youth Madness

1st & 3rd Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Grays Peak Room

SYM is a parenting group for families in crisis. One of our primary goals is to create community for parents who are experiencing or have experienced dysfunction and turmoil. Our belief is that the strength of the community is a powerful weapon to fight the culture's influence on our kids. Parenting is tough enough - we should not have to do so in isolation. We are not alone.

Surviving Youth Madness will create a supportive community environment for parents by:

• Supporting each other if things are tough at home
• Eliminating shame so we can share honestly about what is going on with our kids
• Sharing honestly about the mistakes we have made as parents
• Challenging each other to fight the culture
• Cheering each other in success - big or small
• Encouraging each other in failure - big or small
• Learning from each other
