SnoBlast Winter Retreat

Trip Overview

Date:  January 29-31, 2010

Where:  YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch near Frasier, CO

Cost:   $145  Register and pay by January 15, 2010

             $155  After January 15, 2010

             $50  Non-refundable minimum deposit

The above costs include transportation, lodging for 2 nights, 1 day lift ticket or tubing/ice skating, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 1 dinner.

The above costs DO NOT include lunch on Saturday, extra spending money, skis, boots, poles, snowboard (if needed please rent in Denver).

NOTE: Please eat dinner before you arrive on Friday or bring a brown bag dinner.
 

General Itinerary

Friday - Meet at Greenwood by 4:30 p.m., hang out at Snow Mountain Ranch, evening club meeting and games.

Saturday - Ski/snowboarding or tubing/ice skating (Skiers and Snowboarders must have their own equipment); evening club meeting and games

Sunday - Retreat wrap-up; lunch at Beaujo's in Idaho Springs; return to GCC
by 2:00 p.m.

What to bring

In one suitcase: warm clothes, hat, gloves, goggles for skiing/snowboarding, (dress in layers), casual clothes, camera, Bible, pen, sunscreen and personal stuff.  Towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Do not bring weapons or any electronics: including cell phones or Ipods (PARENTS - we will take these things if we see them.  If you need to contact your child, please call Josh or Carolyn).
