As adults, we all come to God from so many different places with unique experiences and carrying all kinds of wounds, hopes and dreams. It is our hope that this will be a vibrant place of growth and healing. We want to be simply about Jesus. He is the one who can heal, lead, sustain, comfort and connect us to his dreams for our lives.

Yearn for the Sea

Antoine de Saint Exupery says, "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea." We desire that all Adult Education classes, studies, fellowships and activities will stir our hunger for Him, "the vast and endless sea."

It is our wish that Adult Ministry at Greenwood Community Church will foster growth, hunger for Christ and further discovery of God and his purposes for us... imperfectly!
