Infant Baptism and Dedication

At Greenwood, infant baptisms and dedications are for children who are newborn to two years old. The ceremony (during worship services) is a sacred time of both parent and community commitment to raising a child to follow Christ. Have you considered making a promise to God to raise your child in the Christian faith? Our Infant Baptism/Dedication class teaches the basics of baptism and dedication and provides parents with helpful tools to begin their child's faith journey. Class is mandatory to participate in the ceremony.

Believer's Baptism

Adults, youth and children who have embraced Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior may participate in a believer's baptism at Greenwood. We offer a spring and fall baptism for all ages as well as a summer baptism for youth. There is a mandatory class that occurs a few weeks prior to each ceremony.
