Rob and Iris Antonucci (with Stephanie, Peter, and Marissa) have been part of Greenwood Community Church almost from the beginning. They serve in a Central Asian country that is almost 100% Muslim. They do eye care and English language instruction and relationship building in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray for them as they relocate and start eye care in a new, more remote “City on the Hill.

 

 

Christian Women Development Association (CWDA) was started several years ago by Josna Azim in Pakistan with the purpose of showing the truth and love of Jesus Christ to Muslim and Christian women. CWDA does this through literacy training, micro-enterprise activities, and health education. Greenwood Community Church and other Denver area churches partner with Josna and CWDA through the Women’s Development Association.

 

Jay and Teri Randall have been part of Greenwood Community Church for many years. They have recently moved to England after 9 years in Azerbaijan. In Baku, Azerbaijan, they established a humanitarian eye clinic with training for local doctors. Also a halfway house for girls transitioning out of orphanages. They are currently living in England assisting the International Chairman of Youth With a Mission (YWAM) to bring about greater coordination and collaboration among YWAM’s 16,000 staff members worldwide.

Ali and Pervin Kalkandelen attended Greenwood Community Church for several years while they worked toward their graduate degrees in counseling at Denver Seminary. They are currently counseling individuals, couples, and families in their native Turkey. They have plans to start a counseling center in Istanbul in the near future.

 


John and Karen Zilen are with Barnabas International and based in Vienna, Austria. From there they travel to the Balkans, Central Asia, and Africa where they provide counsel, training, and “member care” for missionaries and indigenous pastors and ministry staff.

  

For the past several years, Greenwood has helped to support the ministry of the Living Stones, a coffeehouse/ hospitality center for university students from Gaza and the West Bank. In addition, we have assisted the Palestinian Bible Society in ministering to Arab youth through camps and providing school supplies.

Romania for Jesus and Elena Bogdan have been Greenwood Community Church ministry partners for many years. Through church planting and ministry training at Emmanuel Bible Institute in southern Romania, many have come to faith in Jesus Christ. Elena and her team are now starting a new student ministry in the city of Timisoura, Romania.

Robert and Grace Setor serve with SIM in Malawi where Bob is teaching at the theological school, and they both assist in church planting and children’s ministry.

Dave and Jennifer Engel are ministering with Greater Europe Mission in Spain. They are helping to train young Spaniards to reach their country with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Paul Pillai, a former Hindu and lawyer by profession is the founder of India National Inland Mission and Grace Bible College. Thousands of Indian believers have been trained for ministry and are ministering all over Asia.

 

Wes and Gerti Tucker spent many years ministering to North African Muslims in France with Arab World Mission. Currently, they are back in Colorado ministering to the increasing number of Muslims in Colorado universities and colleges and training others how to share the Gospel with Muslims.
